This intermediate-level class is designed for people who already understand basic milk steaming and latte art and want to improve control, consistency, and precision. Hosted by ACE Coffee Roasters, this session focuses on refining technique rather than introducing fundamentals.
This is not a beginner class. We assume you can already steam milk to a usable texture and pour basic shapes. The goal is to tighten your pours, improve symmetry, and better understand why latte art behaves the way it does.
What’s Included:
-
Refinement of milk texture specifically for latte art control
-
Pouring technique adjustments for cleaner lines and better contrast
-
Progression beyond basic hearts into more controlled tulips and variations
-
Troubleshooting common issues like blowouts, wobbles, and uneven symmetry
-
Instructor feedback focused on minor, high-impact adjustments
Who Should Attend:
This class is ideal for home brewers or baristas who already have experience steaming milk and pouring basic latte art and want to level up. If you can steam milk consistently and pour a heart but struggle with control, definition, or repeatability, this class is for you.
If you’re new to milk steaming or want a deeper understanding of milk science and fundamentals, we recommend starting with our Milk Steaming & Latte Art — Beginner class before taking this one.
