Agnes Arber Rhubarb Gin
Agnes Arber Rhubarb Gin is produced by the Agnes Arber Distillery — a brand inspired by the pioneering botanist Agnes Arber. The distillery blends traditional pot-still techniques with bold, fruit-forward innovation, creating gins that honour botanical heritage while embracing modern flavour. This expression infuses their classic nine-botanical base with rhubarb juice post-distillation, delivering a vibrant twist on a traditional spirit.
The gin is crafted with care and precision, using botanicals such as juniper, angelica, cassia, and citrus peel. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and reflects the distillery’s commitment to quality, character, and creativity.
- Aromas of tart rhubarb with citrus and subtle spice
- A palate of bright fruit balanced by earthy botanicals
- A smooth finish with lingering red fruit and herbal notes
Pairs well with grilled prawns, herbed chicken or citrus-dressed salads.
