Born from adversity and crafted with purpose, AMAR is the newest release from legendary cigar maker AJ Fernandez. Created following the 2025 fire at his Estelí factory, AMAR stands as a tribute to resilience, gratitude, and new beginnings. Its name carries special meaning—“Amar” translates to “to love” in Spanish and “moon” in Arabic, honoring Fernandez’s Cuban and Lebanese heritage.
The 6 x 56 Toro showcases an all-Nicaraguan blend finished with a rich Habano wrapper, delivering the bold character and flawless construction cigar enthusiasts have come to expect from AJ Fernandez. Crafted at the renowned San Lotano Factory, this medium-to-full-bodied smoke offers a balanced yet flavorful profile filled with notes of black pepper, cocoa, cinnamon, earth, and subtle natural sweetness. As the cigar develops, layers of dark chocolate, baking spice, cedar, and roasted tobacco emerge, creating a complex and satisfying smoking experience from first light to final draw.
With its generous 56-ring gauge, the Toro format provides a cool, slow burn that allows the blend’s rich flavors to fully unfold. AMAR is more than just another AJ Fernandez release—it is a cigar built on perseverance, passion, and appreciation for the cigar community that helped inspire its creation.
Rich, balanced, and deeply meaningful, AMAR Toro 6 x 56 is a fitting addition to the AJ Fernandez portfolio and a must-smoke for fans of premium Nicaraguan cigars.
