C. Cassis is a contemporary, vermouth-like aperitif crafted from Hudson Valley blackcurrants, native yeast fermentation, and vibrant botanicals like green cardamom, bay leaf, and lemon verbena. It offers a refreshingly tart, earthy dark fruit palate balanced by subtle spice, a hint of sweetness from raw honey, and a crisp, dry finish.
A prominent base of deep, earthy blackcurrant that is tart, bright, and far less sweet than traditional French crème de cassis.
Enjoy it neat, over ice, mixed with club soda, or as a vibrant, vermouth-style addition to cocktails like a spritz, negroni, or espresso martini.
