Clonakilty Minke Gin is an Irish gin built on an unusual whey-based spirit — produced from the distillery's 9th-generation family farm near Galley Head Lighthouse in West Cork, giving it an exceptionally smooth base for its botanical character.
The Clonakilty Distillery sits on a coastal West Cork farm that has been in the family for nine generations. Minke Gin uses a whey-derived base spirit, prized for its smoothness, infused with botanicals that reflect the Atlantic coastal setting for a clean, characterful Irish gin.
