Butterfly Kiss is a vibrant, fruit-forward blend from De Mello that highlights the expressive side of specialty coffee while remaining beautifully balanced and approachable.
Built around 80% Ethiopia Bensa Natural and 20% Costa Rica Doña Aracelly Natural, the blend combines the floral, berry-driven character of Ethiopian coffee with the juicy sweetness and structure of Costa Rica. The result is an aromatic and lively cup with notes of blueberry, jasmine, lychee and guava.
Expect a silky texture, bright fruit sweetness and a clean, fragrant finish. Butterfly Kiss is especially enjoyable as a filter coffee, where its floral and tropical qualities can fully open up, but it can also make a distinctive, fruit-forward espresso.
