Fuenteseca Tequila Extra Añejo 7 Year is one of the rarest and most extraordinary aged tequilas in existence — a single-vintage expression produced by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca at Destilería La Tequileña in Jalisco and aged for a full seven years in American oak barrels. Fuenteseca — meaning "dry spring" — is Fonseca's personal project: a series of vintage-dated, single-distillation tequilas that document the character of a specific harvest and aging period with the precision of a fine wine.
Seven years of patient aging transforms the vibrant agave character of the distillate into something of extraordinary complexity: concentrated, nuanced, and deeply expressive of both the agave and the oak. A true collector's expression and one of the most remarkable aged tequilas ever produced.
