Gin Mare Capri is a Mediterranean special edition from Gin Mare — a homage to the Italian island of Capri, adding fresh Capri lemon and Italian bergamot to Gin Mare's signature botanical base, on a premium barley spirit.
Gin Mare Capri shares the Mediterranean botanicals of the original Gin Mare — including the Arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, and basil character — but layers in hand-peeled Capri lemon and distinctive Italian bergamot to capture the essence of the island. Production follows the Gin Mare method: a 48-hour maceration, independent distillation of each botanical, and a signature final blend so each element expresses itself in the result. The citrus is peeled by hand and macerated before distillation.
