Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Larceny Small Batch Bourbon stands apart with its unique wheated mash bill, using wheat instead of rye as the secondary grain. This creates an exceptionally smooth, approachable bourbon with a sweeter profile that appeals to both bourbon newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts. Named after the notorious Treasury agent who stole the original recipe, Larceny delivers a taste worth stealing.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Fresh bread and toffee with hints of cinnamon, maple syrup, and light floral notes
- Palate: Buttery smooth with flavors of honey, vanilla, and caramel balanced by gentle oak and baking spices
- Finish: Medium-long finish with lingering sweetness and a touch of butterscotch
Perfect For
The wheated mash bill makes Larceny ideal for sipping neat or on the rocks, while its 92 proof ensures it holds up beautifully in classic cocktails. A versatile bourbon that shines in an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, or Mint Julep.
