The Lelit Mara X Espresso Machine is a compact, highly consistent heat exchanger that prioritizes the quality of espresso above all else. Unlike traditional espresso machines, the Mara X takes a unique approach to deliver some of the finest espresso in its category. Instead of setting steam pressure directly at the boiler like conventional heat-exchange machines, the Mara X employs a second sensor at the group to focus on achieving brew temperatures first.
Behind the drip tray, there is a physical toggle that allows you to choose from three temperatures (197, 201, or 205 degrees). Additionally, a switch on the machine's side provides two brew modes: 'Xmode Coffee' for optimal temperature consistency in coffee-only drinks, and 'Xmode steam' to enhance steam pressure for improved milk frothing post-brewing.
Apart from its technical prowess, the Mara X offers various advantages for baristas: a noiseless pump design, extended preinfusion, a dual pump and steam pressure gauge, optional standby mode, an ergonomic portafilter, and a precision tamper tailored to fit perfectly. With its advanced temperature control and user-friendly features, the Mara X is the perfect coffee companion for any coffee enthusiast.
