Malfy Originale, Limone, Rosa & Arancia Gin Bundle. Torino Distillati, Moncalieri, Turin, Italy — all four expressions of Malfy Gin in one bundle, each distilled with a different Italian or Sicilian citrus using vacuum distillation to preserve the most vibrant, sun-ripened flavors from the Mediterranean coast.
Malfy Gin is made at Torino Distillati in Moncalieri, near Turin, by master distillers Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni. Every Malfy expression is united by the same production method: Sicilian citrus peels are infused with Italian juniper in Italian grain spirit, then distilled in a stainless-steel vacuum still. Vacuum distillation uses lower temperatures than conventional distillation, preserving the volatile aromatic compounds of fresh citrus that higher heat would destroy — the reason Malfy gins taste so vividly of their namesake fruit.
This bundle brings together all four expressions of the Malfy range, each telling a different story of the Italian coast:
- Malfy Originale — The flagship. A classic Italian dry gin built on juniper and Italian botanicals with a clean, citrus-forward profile.
- Malfy Con Limone — Made with Sicilian IGP lemons — some of the most prized in the world — for a bright, zesty character that captures the Amalfi Coast at its most vivid.
- Malfy Rosa — Distilled with Sicilian pink grapefruit peel and finished with a rhubarb distillate for a pale pink gin with tart, refreshing grapefruit character and subtle rhubarb complexity. No roses, despite the name — Rosa means pink in Italian.
- Malfy Con Arancia — Made with Sicilian blood oranges with PGI status, whose distinctive flavor develops during cool Mediterranean nights. Vibrant orange blossom and sweet blood orange character throughout.
Four bottles, four expressions of Italy, one gift.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What is vacuum distillation and why does Malfy use it? Vacuum distillation lowers the boiling point by reducing pressure, allowing the spirit to distill at much lower temperatures. This preserves delicate volatile citrus aromatics that would be cooked off in traditional distillation, producing a fresher, more vibrant citrus character in every Malfy expression.
- What is the difference between the four Malfy gins? Originale is the classic juniper-forward base. Con Limone adds Sicilian IGP lemon. Rosa adds Sicilian pink grapefruit and rhubarb for a pale pink, tart expression. Con Arancia uses Sicilian PGI blood oranges for a sweeter, orange blossom-led profile.
- Does Malfy Rosa contain roses? No. Rosa means pink in Italian, referring to the color from Sicilian pink grapefruit and rhubarb. The gin contains no rose botanicals.
- Is this a good gift? Yes — the bundle is an excellent gift for gin enthusiasts or anyone who appreciates Italian spirits. The four distinctly different expressions allow side-by-side comparison and exploration of the full Malfy range.
- What cocktails work across all four Malfy gins? All four work beautifully in a G&T — each with a garnish that mirrors its citrus: lemon for Con Limone, pink grapefruit for Rosa, blood orange wheel for Con Arancia. All four also work in a Spritz with Prosecco and soda for an aperitivo-style serve.
