Mumm Napa Blanc de Blancs is a brut sparkling wine from Napa Valley made exclusively with white grapes. Mumm Napa identifies the blend as 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Gris, combining the brightness of Chardonnay with the fruit character of Pinot Gris. The winery ferments the wines at cool temperatures before blending and aging them, and the exact UPC record identifies this package as a single 750ml bottle at 12.5% ABV (25 proof). The clean front image shows the current Mumm Napa Blanc de Blancs bottle without a vintage designation.
The winery describes a pale-gold appearance and a nose led by lemony citrus, pear, pippin apple, and toasted biscuit. A frothy mousse gives way to a creamy mid-palate with lemon and fresh-baked brioche, followed by a long, elegant finish. The official profile lists 9.5 g/L dosage and recommends the wine with oysters, linguine with clams, crab, goat cheese, or sliced apples. Its white-grape blend, brut style, bright acidity, and biscuit-toned finish give this Napa sparkling wine a clear place at the table or as a chilled aperitif.
