Tasting notes: Peach, Rhubarb, Yellow Fruits, Red Cherry
Finca Relámpago is a washed Guatemalan coffee grown at 1,630 metres on the fertile slopes of Volcán de Agua. Yellow Catuai and Red Bourbon combine in a balanced cup with peach, rhubarb, yellow fruit, and red cherry, supported by the structure Parcel developed for both filter and espresso.
Los Volcanes Coffee acquired the farm in 2024 and is developing it as a platform for controlled processing experiments, varietal trials, micro-lots, and regenerative farming. The project also continues the site's agricultural history while deepening collaboration with communities around Ciudad Vieja.
