Phil & Sebastian's Smooth Operator is the ultimate crowd-pleasing coffee for those who appreciate classic, comforting flavours. This Costa Rican single-origin from the Naranjo family's La Obediencia farm delivers rich toffee, dark chocolate, and toasted almond notes with caramel sweetness and balanced roundness. Processed using the white honey method at the Santa Rosa 1900 micro-mill, this coffee showcases the dedication of father and son team Macho and Kevin Naranjo, who have refined their craft over years of meticulous quality control. Whether you're new to specialty coffee or simply prefer a chocolatey, smooth profile over bright or fruity notes, Smooth Operator hits all the right notes for your Sunday morning cup.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
