Privada Storytelling
The Privada Jouët is the second release in the acclaimed Privada Champagne Series, following the groundbreaking Champagne No. 1. Crafted with a golden Connecticut Shade wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos, it carries both elegance and sophistication while standing apart with its own distinct character.
Aged for three years, the Jouët was designed as a tribute to luxury and refinement, the kind of cigar meant to accompany a chilled glass of champagne or an indulgent afternoon ritual. Smooth, balanced, and layered with subtle sweetness, it proves that Privada’s Champagne Series is more than a concept — it is a masterclass in blending.
Flavor Journey
The cigar begins with sweet cream and roasted almond, touched with cedar, cinnamon, and light espresso. Vanilla sweetness lingers on the retrohale, complemented by faint vegetal notes.
The second third builds in richness, introducing caramel sweetness alongside salted peanuts, earth, and cocoa. Subtle white pepper and citrus add refinement to the retrohale.
The final third crescendos with creamy leather and salted peanuts, now joined by milk chocolate, cloves, and a refreshing mint-like note. Caramel sweetness carries through to the finish, closing with a smooth, medium-bodied strength.
Why It Belongs in Privada
Privada exists to elevate rare blends into unforgettable experiences. The Jouët is a perfect expression of that mission, offering a refined medium-bodied smoke with flawless construction and luxury-inspired flavor progression. As part of the Champagne Series, it continues a legacy of pairing elegance with exclusivity.
