Tasting notes: raw and toasted almond, vanilla, sugar cookie nuttiness, medium viscosity, no acidity.
Prosyro Orgeat Syrup is flavourful and rich, while being NUT-FREE! We were surprised too, as it has none of the fake almond flavour often found in allergen-free substitutes. Compared to other brands, this filtered clear syrup mix means no clouding up the vibrant colours of many tiki cocktails. Use in all your favourite tiki cocktails or try it in place of simple syrup for a Marzipan Old Fashioned.
340mL / 12oz squeeze bottle
Made in Canada.
Shelf stable, even once opened
Ingredients: pure cane sugar, water, natural flavours, yuzu juice, citric acid, potassium sorbate
Although this is a nut-free formulation, Prosyro syrups are manufactured in a facility that also processes various nuts and tree nuts, seeds, milk, eggs, and soy products. Colour change due to light exposure is normal and does not affect quality.
