Crafted in South Australia by the boutique winemaking studio RedHeads Wine, Coco Rôtie is a bold, expressive Australian tribute to the legendary Côte-Rôtie reds of France's Northern Rhône. Co-fermenting premium, sun-ripened Syrah (Shiraz) with a small splash of aromatic Viognier, RedHeads captures vibrant fruit intensity paired with striking floral lifted aromas. Sourced from low-yielding vineyards across premium South Australian regions, the grapes are hand-crafted in small batches and aged in French oak barrels. The Viognier addition softens the robust Syrah tannins, deepens color stability, and infuses silky elegance into this full-bodied red.
Food Pairing: BBQ beef short ribs, grilled ribeye steak, roasted lamb chops, braised pork shoulder, wood-fired pepperjack pizza, and aged sharp cheddar cheese.
