Forget cola. This is where the interesting drinkers land. Root Beer Cocktail Bitters are bold, nostalgic, and delightfully unexpected—crafted for mixologists who love experimenting without sacrificing balance or consistency.
Root beer’s origins trace back to centuries-old herbal remedies before becoming a soda-shop classic. Fast forward to today, and bartenders asked Bittercube for a bitters that captured that earthy, spiced magic—without the sugar. After two years of research and development, Root Beer Bitters were born, and yes… they were absolutely worth the wait.
Earthy yet refreshingly cool, these bitters feature minty, herbaceous notes from birch and wintergreen, grounded by warming spices like anise and cinnamon. The result is a complex, aromatic bitters that plays beautifully with barrel-aged spirits and adds a bold twist to classic cocktails.
