The Starlight Toasted Bourbon Limited Edition from Starlight Distillery offers a unique and refined bourbon experience. This small-batch release starts with Carl T. Bourbon, aged to full maturity before undergoing a second aging process in specially crafted toasted barrels. These barrels, made with light toasting and minimal charring, are designed to enhance the whiskey's flavor by introducing subtle, complex notes. On the nose, the bourbon opens with inviting aromas of caramel, toffee, and freshly toasted oak, mingling with hints of vanilla and dark fruit. The palate delivers a sophisticated harmony of flavors, including rich butterscotch, salted caramel, red berries, and a touch of spice. Its smooth texture is complemented by a warm, sweet, and lingering finish, leaving behind notes of charred wood and creamy vanilla. This expression reflects the craftsmanship of Starlight Distillery, showcasing their innovative approach to barrel finishing. By experimenting with different levels of toast and char, they create a bourbon that balances tradition with contemporary artistry, appealing to both seasoned bourbon lovers and those new to the category. The limited-edition release makes it a coveted bottle for collectors and enthusiasts alike
