Velvety, expressive, and unapologetically artisanal—this Extra Añejo reveals the heart of single-estate tequila. Harvested from Rancho El Refugio in 2012, these high‑altitude agaves brim with natural sweetness. Aged for just over three years in seasoned American whiskey barrels—some French oak mixed in—it’s aged but never masked. That aging whispers of toasted oak, caramel, and soft vanilla, yet the cooked agave still shines, creating a lush, nuanced sip. It’s a story in terroir and time, offering elegance and soul.
