This coffee was sourced through our direct trade relationship with Gabriel de Carvalho Dias at his Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama. Gabriel is an agronomist and takes his crop very seriously – having coffees being finalists regularly at the Cup of Excellence competition.
Yep, Gabriel consistently wins awards for how delicious his coffee is.
However, social and environmental sustainability also a priority. They have developed a program of planting native species to keep a better ecological balance. The farm also has a school, a club and an official size soccer field for their employees.
This Coffee is Dark // This Coffee is Local // This Coffee is Ethical // This Coffee is Environmentally Friendly // This Coffee is Delicious.
