TIKI LOVERS White Rum is composed of both aged and unaged rums from across the Caribbean, but it is the distinctively flavorful Jamaican rums that define its character.
Distilled at two of Jamaica’s most iconic distilleries—Monymusk and Worthy Park—TIKI LOVERS White Rum draws from a rich heritage of rum production that dates back to 1741. Jamaican rum is world-renowned for its bold, vibrant flavors, and it was the natural first choice when selecting rums to anchor this blend. The unaged rums, pot-still distilled, are particularly notable for their heavy ester profile, which imparts rich banana notes and the sweetness of cooked fruits, creating a flavor base that is both complex and lively. These bold and flavorful Jamaican rums form the heart of the blend, providing the rum with its signature aromatic profile.
To add further complexity, TIKI LOVERS White Rum incorporates aged rum from Trinidad’s most renowned distillery, known for producing high-quality rum with a smooth, refined character. Some of this rum is aged for up to five years in black-charred bourbon barrels, where it picks up layers of rich, woody flavors that complement the fresh, fruity notes of the Jamaican rum. After aging, the rum is carefully charcoal-filtered to strip away its color, but it retains all the depth and richness imparted by its time in the barrel. This meticulous process ensures the rum remains clear and crisp while preserving its complex flavor profile.
A final touch is added with a pristine column-still rum from Trinidad, which enhances the rum’s freshness and clarity. This rum adds a light, clean, and crisp element to the blend, providing a perfect balance to the more robust flavors from the pot-still and aged rums. At a generous 50% ABV, TIKI LOVERS White Rum is a premium white rum that is both flavorful and smooth, with a complex mix of fruity and floral notes that make it stand out in a wide variety of cocktails.
TIKI LOVERS White Rum is a top-tier choice for discerning rum drinkers and cocktail enthusiasts. It took the top spot at Mixology Magazine’s prestigious Taste Forum, where it competed against leading brands in the white rum category and emerged victorious. This accolade further cemented its status as a standout rum that excels in both flavor and mixability.
TIKI LOVERS White Rum is a versatile spirit that shines in a wide range of classic cocktails. It is the perfect base for a Daiquiri, where its smoothness and complexity can be fully appreciated alongside fresh lime juice and simple syrup. It also elevates the timeless Rum & Cola, the tropical Piña Colada, and a variety of other thirst-quenching drinks.
