Trivento Golden Reserve Malbec is a red wine from the Luján de Cuyo region in Mendoza, Argentina. Established in 1996, Bodega Trivento is named after the three winds—Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada—that influence the region's terroir. Under the guidance of winemaker Magdalena Viani, the winery is dedicated to crafting wines that embody the rich viticultural heritage of Mendoza.
Wine Description
This 100% Malbec showcases a vivid red color with violet tones. The nose is complex and intense, featuring aromas of red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and coconut from oak aging. On the palate, it offers a sweet entry with persistent and vibrant tannins, leading to an energetic, long finish. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by additional bottle aging, resulting in a balanced integration of fruit and oak flavors.
Food Pairing
This Malbec pairs exceptionally well with rich dishes such as roasted lamb, beef, and sausages. Its depth and character are enhanced when enjoyed alongside spicy turkey burgers or tacos, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
